REFUND OF YOUR ORDER
Order Return
If you have returned the package, and it is in the expected condition with no missing elements related to the order (accessories, goodies), the refund will be processed within 4 to 9 business days.
Broken or Defective Product
If the order arrives with one or more defective items and you request a refund, evidence will be required for thorough verification (image, delivery notice). The refund will be processed within 4 to 11 business days.
Stolen/Lost Package
If the order has not arrived despite the indicated dates, or if it was stolen or lost during distribution, we will also conduct verifications with the delivery services. No action on your part is required for this type of situation. The refund will be processed within 4 to 11 business days.
REGARDING DELIVERY TIME
Our store emphasizes that any refund request citing extended delivery times, while still within the announced time frame, will be denied. This is clearly stated in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, as well as in our FAQ under Delivery/Return.
It is also important to note that any refund request, once already processed, will be thoroughly reviewed. You will be asked to provide documents to continue the analysis of the order situation, which will be essential for the final decision.
RETURN OF YOUR ORDER
Withdrawal Period
Our withdrawal period is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned at your expense to the address we will provide.
To process a return, we will verify that it is your order via your order number and/or any information used when placing your order, most likely your email address.
To validate your return, there are two possibilities. We acknowledge receipt of the package at the return address we provided, or you send us proof via scan or photo that the return was made to the provided address. In the first case, the shipment must not be sent to the manufacturer’s address. In the second case, a postal receipt or shipping ticket may be accepted.
We may ask you to wait for our receipt rather than sending proof that the return was made. This is because, in the case of a refund request, an inspection of the package may be necessary before proceeding with the refund.
Return of a Wrong Item
If you receive an item and claim it is in poor condition and you want a refund but refuse to send a photo of the item you received, you will obviously be required to send the item to a specific address for inspection.
Once the package is received, a refund will be issued (or not) after inspection. If, after inspection, we find that the item is in good condition, we will inform you via a photo and/or video, and in this case, we will deny the refund.
This procedure may seem excessive. However, some people have been dishonest, and based on past experience, we can no longer take our interlocutors at their word. We are sorry for this and know that we do our best for each return case and each refund request.
Return of a Gift
For gifts, if the item was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Again, only once we receive the item will a gift certificate be sent to you by email.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver chose to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out that you returned the item.
For returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
